Title: Different Door
Review: This is a different style door that is easy to install and seals better than the type with vinyl flaps. My experience with doggie doors with the flaps after 5-6 months the flaps get stiff and no longer seal. This uses horizonal door that seals well. Dogs were a little scared of it at first and did not know how to use it. After a few times they got the hang of it. Like that it has locks on booth side and comes with a complete seal. Door works well and opens easy for the dog’s. One dog is 45lbs and he fits with ease. This has the typical installation process and everything does seem well made. Time will tell if it holds up.

Title: Not a conventional doggie door, but works good.
Review: If your dog is used to the doors with a flap, the dog will have to relearn how to use this because due to the waterproof seals. My dog likes the flaps better. But this door is very strong and well put together. The instructions are clear and concise. Good for a door or thinner wall.
