Title: Best overall service plan Iâve found
Review: This device works great for my disabled non-verbal son and one of the best service plans Iâve seen.The app has a few annoying quirks:1) canât enter an address for a trusted place( have to be there or find it on the map2) canât create a WiFi fence for a network that requires you to âagree to termsâ⦠I understand the technical limitation but still a bit annoying.It works great and info is easily shared with a care team who can customize their own notification preferences.Reasonable battery life if you set up your trusted locations.

Title: Not what it use to be.
Review:  I purchased my first Jiobit in 2020. Was a great product for many years but in 2022 support and features started to disappear while the costs went up. Now there is no troubleshooting support, online self troubleshooting instructions are outdated. There is no one to call for help, the chat has limited hours and nothing on the weekend. When someone is there, they will only reiterate the self troubleshooting instructions and then escalate your issue and tell you to except an email in 24-48 hours that will not come. If you are planing on replacing a non-working Jiobit instead of dealing with there terrible customer support, you canât do that on your own either and have to do it during their business hours or again wait 24-48 hours for help that will not come. Iâve been waiting 4 days and no response, two separate âticketsâ with no response at all.To add insult to injury somehow Iâm in a contract even though Iâve had the product for over 4 years. Itâs just another scam company trying to get money with providing you next to nothing.Its particularly terrible because this use to be an awesome product that is no longer any goodâ¦

Title: This tracker works great!
Review: This tracker keeps close tabs on my one cat that we let out to explore the neighborhood except at night and when the weather is wet, snowy, or to cold. The features are great. You can press the ” live” icon on the app and watch real time movement. The only gripe I have is it needs to be charged up often, at least the way we use it. Usually twice a day. Using the “live” feature uses battery power at a higher rate. For our Jack this is not a huge deal because his routine of out in the morning, home for lunch and a nap, and back out for another couple of hours allows us to charge it. We charge it at anything below 70%.I highly recommend using a small dog collar. The breakaway cat collars will leave your tracker in a neighbors yard. My cat Jack figured out how to kick off a cat collar after wearing one for about 10 minutes. He uses a back leg to get under it, pushes it, and it breaks away. I have seen him do it, hence the small dog collar. I know, the cat breakaway collars are technically safer but Jack’s collar has not been a problem.This is a good product. The annual subscription fee is reasonable in my opinion.

Title: Tracker works great, but the battery monitor is misleading
Review: I originally wrote a review saying how bad the battery life was. Turns out it was just the battery gauge! It got to 3% in 2 days⦠then has been at <3% for 2 weeks! Itâs currently still on - at 0%! Maybe it will calibrate for the next charge, but that initial massive drop was drastic and baffling.Otherwise the tracking abilities are great - our teen daughter used it for her east coast trip, and it worked as expected.

Title: Amazing.
Review: In December of last year, my dog got out and died due to being hit by a car. We had been searching the (very small) town for him for hours prior. I was distraught. When I got a puppy not long after, I was paranoid about her getting about and suffering the same fate. Because of this, I looked into dog trackers. There are many that are much cheaper than this, but they tend not to work well in remote areas, such as where I live. My puppy did end up getting out, and I woke up to the notification. The location live updated and was precise to where I ran and grabbed her before she got far. I can see our walking routes and can set an alarm that alerts me if she wanders off. It is durable, being able to stand her rolling around in the dirt and playing roughly with the other dogs. To anybody who thinks it’s not worth the price: my father thought I was crazy and bought an airtag to put on his dog. When both my puppy and his dog got out of the house, it was only due to this tracker that they were found within minutes, as the airtag was pinging inaccurate locations. airtags require many iphones around the tag to give an accurate location. And considering our town is small and rural, once the dog might chase a rabbit or such into the mountains the only reliable thing is gps. When the dogs are out in the mountains, when phones have no service, the jiobit still shows the gps location, which makes this well worth the price.

Title: Huge Flaw!!!
Review: Ok Be aware!!. The nice feature of “trusted places” e.g. school where you will receive notifications when your child arrives and leaves the trusted place WILL PUT THE DEVICE IN BATTERY SAVE MODE AND CAN NOT RING IT OR DO ANY TRACKING WITH IT UNTILL IT LEAVES THE “TRUSTED PLACE” OR COMES CLOSE TO MOM FOR BLUETOOTH CONNECTION.That means if your child drops the tracker in the school or any other trusted place them you will have no way of finding it within 100ft radius unless you bring your own phone to the place and hope to come close enough to the device to connect to your Bluetooth. That kind of defies the point of the tracking device. We lost our tracking in school after 1 week!!! Because tracker fell out from where it was clipped and we could not make it ring for the school staff to find it.Also the additional care takers you invite can not do any of the live tracking or separation features unless the master account does the function on their app. So almost useless for the other parent except for seeing the routine tracking updates.

Review: My daughter has level 2 autism this brings such peace of mind to me especially when sheâs on her way to school , love the battery lasts a whole week even longer ! , the small lightweight GPS tracker is great for sensory issues I clip it on her clothing or even on her backpack in a secure place , such a game changer and I love the SOS mode
