Title: Disappointed
Review: I don’t like that I bought two, one for each of my pets and it will only let you have one on the app. there is no customer service, directions or even a number to call. I do not recommend this product for homes with multiple pets or if your home is away from town because the map only shows streets, businesses, and waterways. It shows minimal health information and only if your pet is outside

Title: Poor accuracy, battery & app issues
Review: First, it’s nice to have an idea of where rmy dog is at. So I guess — it’s better than nothing.But the positioning is highly inaccurate — to be fair they do say 30-50 meters, which is a big area — but in practice that means it jumps around horribly on the map and frequently appears to go outside the “fence” I set even when sitting still. Which means I get frequent notifications that my dog has left her fence boundary, which means I have to tune them out, which means if she ever does run away I won’t actually know it until I realize she’s missing which makes notifications pointless.The “fence” also can’t be edited (despite the edit button in the app), you have to recreate it. There are a variety of other small but annoying issues in the app.Lastly, while the battery life (on FIRST use) seemed acceptable, the first time charging it after use, it shows a full battery indicator in the app yet the number says 49%. Um.. what?So there are some real problems here. I’ll keep using it, so it wouldn’t be fair to go to 1 star, but I sure hope there are better products out there.

Review: This works great. My dog loves to run off any time he can escape the house or yard. It makes catching him so much easier and keeps him safe.
