Title: Great fountain for picky cats!
Review: Â I purchased this water fountain to replace a more expensive fountain that failed shortly after purchasing. This one is a WAY better value and I havenât had any performance issues yet (has currently been running for one month straight)! The simplicity of the design, stainless steel material, included cleaning tools, and additional filters allow for easy maintenance and cleaning. The light is noticeable, but isnât bright enough to disturb you at night. The fountain is quiet and has a gentle water flow that our cats are comfortable with, and they love having the large open surface on top to drink from. I will be purchasing another to have elsewhere in our home!

Title: Finally, a -relatively- EASY cat fountain.
Review: I bought one of these and loved it. This is my 3rd try at a cat fountain. So far…I love it. So much so that I’ve now bought a 2nd. The 2nd fountain came with a DOA motor and I thought to myself, “here’s where the marriage will go sour.” BUT…no. Within 48 hrs of emailing to Pawtners not only did someone respond within a day but within 2 days I had a new working motor in my hands and was back in business. Easy to put together , easy to keep clean and very easy to rinse and re-use if you swap out the water every day between the every-other-week deep cleans and filter changes like I do. The pumps of these are similar to other fountains and are pretty easy to clean. the fountain body is a breeze to clean. It’s very very quiet and best of all the cats seem to like it and don’t give it that disapproving scowl that a previously noisier fountain I’ve had used to get. 5 stars, well earned and well done.

Title: Keep it clean
Review: I’ve had it a month, but today I went to clean it and the filter was covered in mold and inside there was mold at the bottom. I was not expecting that and I hope it didn’t make my dog sick. Now I will check it more regularly, but I dunno I thought it would be much cleaner due to the filter and constant circulation of water. Other that that it’s very quiet and the water is elevated which I like. I refill it with a Brita too. It must be from saliva? I refilled and cleaned her old bowl so much I guess I never had this issue.

Title: My dog doesnt like it
Review: I am keeping it because it is more sanitary. It was very easy to assemble and not too high off the ground. My dog is the size of a jack russle. He is going to have to get used to it, but he does drink from a little more each day.

Title: Stopped working after a month, unable to return
Review: UPDATE! I reached out to customer service and was instantly sent a new pump. Has been working good since!While the fountain was working it was great and easy to clean. However now it randomly stops and I have to fully disassemble the pump and manually restart the propeller. Starts working again for a little bit then stops pumping again. At first it happened every once in a while but now that the return window has closed it does it several times a day so is basically useless .

Title: Leaks after less than 2 months
Review: My pets took a couple of days to adjust but this water fountain was great. Only had to refill every other day and the filters keep the water clean. Unfortunately after less than 2 months the front panel window leaks. The fountain now makes a mess and since I can’t return it I’m looking for a replacement already. Very disappointing. I got extra filters expecting this to last a year, but the seal on the reservoir window is weak.

Title: My Dilute Torti approved
Review: Â I purchased this fountain because I learned that circulating water is a good option for a cat.It holds quite a large amount of water, 4L, perfect for when I go out of town for 4-5 days. I have checked the level every few days, dumping it and refilling the basin. The water has stayed cool.It was extremely easy to set up. I placed it on a cushioned mat and hoped that my cat wouldn’t create a water park or splash water everywhere. I’m new to cats and the learning curve is large. She currently had two water bowls that I changed daily.It is very quiet. The WooZoo fan that I have on 24/7 for circulation makes more background noise and that fan is extremely quiet. (It makes a slight hum).My Dilute Torti is now 2 and she approved this fountain on the first day.The instructions say to change the filter every 2 weeks and there were six white water filters included. There were four small grey foam squares and a small (bottle) brush to clean the pump and tube.That filter is 2 months old. It finally looked like this after 8 weeks. I empty and refill the fountain every 5 days and the water level is about half.Toffee really likes this fountain. It never turned into a water park, for which I am pleased.It’s supposed to be constructed of 304 grade stainless steel, time will tell.
