Review: I’m a Veterinary nurse for over 15 years I bought this product a few months ago on a whim and have been very happy with it. It’s true they’re knowing constructions and I have some concerns about transference and aspects. Contacted the company and they replied to just wipe it down but if you worked in the pet industry you know things get on the inside as well lol. I have been using alcohol as my disinfectant. But worry about damaging the product. The item is very light and easy to open so if you drop it been prepared for batteries to go flying everywhere LOL. However when restarting something like and easy to handle is best. If you’re able to get a good ear insertion you will get a quick reading almost immediately which works great for those pets feel like to wait a lot. Also there’s a way to silence the beep which most animals don’t like anyway. As others have said there’s no manual however this item description has jpegs on there that quickly describe how to adjust any settings. Charges quickly uses a USB c port.
