Title: Great for busy people!
Review: I recently switched my cats to an all wet food diet. I tried feeding them the recommended amount twice a day, then three times, and finally four, because they weren’t eating a whole serving at one time and then the food was drying out quickly and getting gross, so then they WOULDN’T finish it. Since I’m returning to work full time, there’s no way to feed them four times a day around my busy schedule. These make it so I only have to refill the dish twice a day, with the recommended servings spaced out over 6 different meals and the ice packs keep the food fresh longer. Me and my kitties are much happier now. If you feed strictly dry food or maybe mostly dry and a little wet, then you really only need to fill it one time a day. You can program up to 5 feedings and then the sixth is the beginning position, and it will remember the program each day so there’s no need to set it over and over again. It comes with ice packs for freshness, but they only keep the food fresh for about 12 hours, then you’ll want to change them. I charged them when I got them and they are still good a week later with no low battery indicator. They are very easy to put together, very easy to program, very good quality material and I love the way they look. I got the black ones, but they are semi transparent on top if you need to gauge food amount without taking the lid off. The only small issue I’m having is the ice packs get bulges in weird places when I freeze them, even if I lay them flat, but the way the bottom of the dish is designed, it mostly isn’t an issue putting it back together flush. All in all a very excellent item!

Title: Great for vacations or just every day snacking
Review: Bought this wet food automatic feeder because we were going out of town for a week and wanted to ensure that our female kitty was getting enough food. She has kidney disease and has been losing weight.Our male cat likes to steal her food, so I wanted to make sure she had round-the-clock snacks that he couldn’t get into.She adjusted quickly to the “beep” alarm, indicating that a new round of meals was available. The signal was loud enough for her to hear; but not loud enough to startle or scare.There are six food trays that rotate based on the time schedule you program into the system. We programmed it around her main meals (that the petsitter would be serving), for every three hours. Programming was easy. Basically, it’s a push of a button.It comes with four ice packs, which keeps the tray cool for up to 24hrs. We opted for the stainless steel trays because I felt it would stay cooler, less bacteria, and would be easier to clean.If you are putting wet food into the system, make sure you clean it daily. We had a second petsitter come in for the last day of our vacation and she forgot to clean it out. The wet food that was left in there stank horribly, probably because she forgot to change out the ice packs.I was able to make sure that the feeder was working correctly, due to the security camera in the room.I have continued to use it while at home, so she has continued use of the snack tray, without me having to monitor the food. I haven’t had to charge the battery since I recieved it, about a month ago. Works well, very sturdy, great value for the money. Gave peace of mind, knowing that she would be fed. You will not be disappointed.

Title: Big in size, perfect for 6 feedings a day
Review: I was searching for a good Feeder for my wet cat food when I came across this one, and I must say, I am happy I found it! The size is a lot bigger than I anticipated, so finding it a ‘home’ in my small bedroom was a little frustrating. I haven’t measured it yet, but it has to be about 12 inches in diameter, if not more. Set up was easy once I realized how it works. It has 6 food slots, but when programming it, there are only 5 programmable feed times because the 6th one will be in the ‘open’ position for feeding when you set it all up. You set the time first and then it’ll prompt you to set up the 5 feeding times. I set mine up every 4 hours, so my fur baby will get fed at 2am, 6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm (when I set it up again for the next day). I love that it comes with 2 sets of ice packs so you can change them out with fresh ones as needed. I wouldn’t suggest changing the ice packs every 24 hours (when you set up the feeds for the following day) because they don’t stay cold quite that long. I change my ice packs out every 12 hours, at 6am when I get up for work and at 6pm when I get home. The ice packs keep her wet food fresh and my picky eater doesn’t stick her nose up at it, which is great! She is used to a shallow but wide food bowl that prevents her wiskers from rubbing on the edges of the bowls too much. I was concerned she wouldn’t like this Feeder because the slots are a bit deeper than she is used to, but after some coaching, she did get used to it. It makes a single, loud beep to alert when it changes position to provide fresh food and she was quick to realize that beep meant dinner time. I have two cons about this product- the first con is that it doesn’t have a battery powered back-up for in case the power goes out for an extended period of time. However, I should mention that once the Feeder is fully charged, the battery lasts quite a long time (I’ve seen others mention the battery lasting 4 to 6 weeks or so). The other con would have to be that there isn’t an app to use with this Feeder. I find I have rase of mind when I can connect my Feeder to my phone. There are ones that alert if the power is disconnected, if feedings are unsuccessful, tracks the times it has given food and allows you to manually provide a feed from anywhere. I LOVE that feature for other feeders, but this one doesn’t have that option at all. I feel like I am blindly trusting that she is getting fed through the day. The Feeder has yet to malfunction or to not provide her food, which is great. I also love that I can better control her portions and calorie intake since she is a little overweight. For anyone wondering, the Feeder rotates counterclockwise. I love how easy it is to clean this out as well. The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars is because of it not having an app to monitor or control the feedings. Honestly, it is definitely worth the buy!

Review: I bought this to give treats to my dog during the day when I’m at work. It is perfect for larger treats that don’t fit into those kibble size treat machines. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now every day, 2 times a day and it has been reliable so far. Easy to operate, easy to clean. Not sure why other reviews say it’s hard to program. Was very easy for me. Instructions are pretty straightforward. I got this version because the moving mechanism is quieter (you can definitely still hear it) and won’t scare my dog. He gets to the treat before it even locks into position and beeps. So glad that the dilemma of how he’s going to get his treats when he’s home alone all day is solved! Awesome little machine. The battery life is also great. Would I trust this machine or any other machine to keep my dog/cat fed with a meal? Probably not but it is amazing for treats. Even if it malfunctions and doesn’t give him any treats one day, his life does not depend on it. It will be just an upsetting inconvenience for him and I will be home in time for his dinner and an apology in form of his absolute favourite treat))

Review: Tut zuverlässig was es soll, aber folgendes müsste vom Hersteller noch für neueren Versionen berücksichtigt werden:1) Der Pieptone bei Futterausgabe ist unnötig laut. Sowohl Katzen als Hunden hören besser als wir, etwas dezenteres hätte gereicht. Nächtliche Fütterungen wären dann weniger störend.2) das Gepiepe bei der Angabe von Futterungszeiten ist wirklich unnötig und irritiert die Tiere, die völlig außerhalb des ihnen bekanntes Kontextes den “Futterruf” hören.3) es ist extrem schwer, mehrere Geräte zu synchronisieren. Selbst bei genauer Eingaben, muss eine Katze immer rumsitzen und bis zu einer Minuten warten, während die andere schon frisst. Meine kommen damit klar, aber bei weniger harmonischen Tiere könnte es zu Revierkämpfe kommen bei sowas.4) Die Näpfe könnten ein wenig geräumiger sein.Ansonsten prinzipiell alles gut, das Gerät hilft uns und wird von den Katzen gut angenommen.

Review: I bought this for cat because you can easily use wet food in it. With that being said, I put her back on dry before it arrived. However, either works great in this feeder as it comes with 4 ice packs.I had a feeder previously that would drop food into a steel bowl and my cat was always super anxious waiting for the loud drop (was a nightmare) so we stopped using it. THIS FEEDER is extremely quiet and just beeps when the food is there.We originally bought it for when we were away but we use it all the time!!Side note: had a small issue and contacted customer service and they were quick and responsive.

Review: Da die Bewertungen alles in allem recht gut waren, hatte ich gehofft, dass er doch besser ist, als die schlechten Bewertungen den Eindruck gemacht hat. Ich habe den Futterautomaten für ein Wochenende benötigt, da meine CatSitterin selbst im Urlaub war.Die Kühlelemente haben wir natürlich vorher im TK gepackt, unter dem Automaten hatte ich nochmal extra grosse Kühlelemente gepackt, in der Hoffnung, dass alles für die Tage einigermassen durchhalten wird.Die Programmierung war recht einfach, es hat auch funktioniert, da aus 2 Näpfen etwas gefressen wurde. Aber leider wurde kaum etwas kühl gehalten. Dabei hatte ich selbst das Futter leicht angetaut nur reingepackt.Ich bin Freitag am Mittag gefahren, Sonntag Nachmittag wieder gekommen. Es war alles komplett verdorben und es hat ohne ende gestunken. Keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite aus.War einfach eine Katastrophe.

Review:  We thought this feeder would solve our problems with our cat keeping us up at night and waking up early in the morning. It is a great design, it’s not loud and doesn’t scare the cat with noise. It’s easy to set and fill and clean. The extra set of ice packs is nice to just swap out, but they stay cold for only maybe 8-10 hours. We set this feeder up on Sunday for the first full day which was great, then refilled and set for Monday same thing, worked great. He did try getting into it every hour because he’s very food driven, and if there is the opportunity he won’t give up. Then, Monday night I reset it for him and woke up to the surprise of the feeder open, and him treated to four meals at once. This feeder, just like the others we’ve tried he has beat. Soo frustrating!!! Will try it again today to see if he gets into it but I don’t have very high hopes. Update: see attached video of how he gets into it.If you have a cat who doesn’t try to eat all day long this will work great for you! But if you have a cat like mine, unfortunately, you’re out of luck just like me.
