Title: Second one I’ve purchased and I still love it!
Review: I wanted something that would challenge my dog and also mentally engage him. I had gotten this for my previous dog years ago and knew this was just the thing I was looking for! I love that it has different stages and teaches him to try different things. I use freeze dried treats and they can be placed under the removable bones, in the red flip panels and then also underneath the slide able red panels as well. Like I said, they’re kinda like levels, so I start him without the bones using the flip panels. Once he gets the hang of that, I put the removable bones in and then move onto under the slide able red panels. He has gotten really good at it and is getting quicker with time. I use this as a fun activity to break up traditional training. I like that each of the elements have small holes in them so that he can figure out where the treats are. In the past, my old black lab would get frustrated and chew on the removable pieces (the white bones and the flippable red panels as well) so be careful of that if you have chewers and definitely don’t leave your pup unsupervised while in use! These are easy easy to clean as they are well made plastic pieces. Overall, I love this and will definitely be getting the level 2 one soon!

Title: Slows down his eating.
Review: Â My dog loves it. It slows his eating and gives him an activity. Very modestly priced as well. Iâm considering other engaging toys now to switch it up for him. I donât have to show him to remove the bone lids anymore either. Dogs are very intelligent. They just need our guidance and training. They love when we do.

Title: Jack Russel Mix loves it!
Review: Â This is the third puzzle I have purchased. I really like this little toy! Definitely a little hard for my old man thatâs been out of puzzle practice! But heâs a determined little guy. With a little help on the last removable white cover, he finished it! Definitely a more intermediate level! It glides really easy, great performance, and easy to use because of the great quality! Definitely recommend this tornado puzzle! Would be great with younger dogs 8 months and up! Definitely supervise while using due to the removable parts. This puzzle will keep your fur babies entertained for a long time!

Title: Great puzzle for your best friend!
Review: My dog loves this toy, which has become basically just an elaborate ritual for me to give him tons of treats. Here’s my training progression with this puzzle:1. just the bones (i.e. an equivalent puzzle to level 1, with the additional challenge of needing to get the bones by the sides)2. flaps and pushing the modules (expect your dog to miss some, and you show them)3. closing an already opened flap and pushing it (the advanced move, which sometimes requires pushing the module out so that the flap is accessible)I also “flavor code” the type of compartments (bone, flap, under module) so that each one is a certain treat. That way, my doggie learned by smell if there are any left, and what move is needed to reveal them (not 100% sure if he’s actually learned this, but I think it helps).Have fun! Great toy, looking forward to getting more

Title: (fur)baby’s first puzzle toy
Review: My 40 pound lab mix is smarter than any dog I’ve ever had and is prone to boredom and restlessness. She’s also a teenager, so she’s got endless energy. I wanted to get her some puzzle toys but wanted to start basic, no levers or switches or multi-step. This seemed like a good option since balls are one of her favorite toys, and rolling it around seemed simple enough. Sure enough, all I had to do was fill the toy, set it on the floor, and roll it once before she realized this magical contraption dispenses yummy nuggets of deliciousness, gee thanks, ma!Kibble (or small treats) must be loaded through the two small holes in the ball. The ball does NOT come apart. Keep this in mind for larger kibbles, and for cleaning purposes. I just submerge it in hot soapy water and shake it around, then rinse it a few times until no soap remains. I knew this ahead of time by reading other reviews so it didn’t catch me by surprise. I could have probably found a similar toy that did come apart, but since I’d never tried a puzzle feeder before, I wanted to go with this cost-friendly option. We’re excited to try new puzzles when she gets bored of this one, but so far she still likes it!

Review: Â My dog loves his treat puzzle. It is good quality and priced fairly. I used it for his breakfast and a few treats throughout the day. I removed the white pieces in the middle as I felt it was too much in such a small space. It works well now.

Review: My dog is a complete idiot with this thing. Entertained for long periods. Plays soccer with it. Spins it off cabinet. Yes it’s loud, yes it’s annoying but he is very happy with this after 2 years. It is a tad large, it almost looks like he unhinged his jaw to carry it, but he doesn’t seem to care, he walks around showing it off.
