Title: Solid product
Review: Sometimes, the frame rate is choppy but customer service got back to me and after changing the video feed to “smooth” in the bottom right, the video feed isn’t too bad. The setup process was very straightforward and simple and despite the hardware limitations, the software seems well developed with no major bugs.

Title: Application glitch, error notification resolved
Review: Such a great idea and project. I would like to put 5 star review from very start but I couldnât due to its app ROLA started to glitch and connection was totally lost. Moreover app did not let me to login, in 1 hour of desperate attempts Iâve finally logged in but it did not let me to reconnect with bot and saying Unknown Error repeatedly. Thank you for fixing this issue within 24 hours. I hope you will have more useful feedback and more users to try this incredibly useful pet pal.

Title: Behaves erratically, left the charger without being told to, smashed into multiple things
Review: I thought this would be a great way to interact with and stimulate our pets both while we’re away and while we’re home. It is unfortunately far too annoying to use while in person and too unreliable to trust it to do what it needs to safely without us there to manually intervene.It seemed like a really cool device and I played with it for about 30 minutes or so after giving it the initial charge. It was kind of irritating that it would chime out loudly “ROLA ROLA” whenever it would get close to an obstacle. That quickly became VERY irritating and I could not find a way to make it stop making that noise. The obstacle avoidance aspect is great (when it works, more on that later) but the noise is repetitive and gets under your skin.The app isn’t amazing but it does allow you to manually “control” the robot. There were numerous occasions where it would not go the direction I instructed it to in the app. And then, you guessed it, “ROLA, ROLA” over and over and OVER again.It comes with a neat feature where it can remember where “home” is so it can go back there and recharge when it needs to. Sounds like a great idea! Except this thing seems to turn off the obstacle avoidance when going home and bashes into everything. No “ROLA ROLA” noise though.Lastly, this thing was sitting on the charger and I when I tried to go into the room where it was being kept, I couldn’t get through the door. Well, I could but there was very obviously something in the way. It was this thing bashing into the door over and over again. No idea why it left the charging station. No idea why it wasn’t detecting an obstacle. No clue what was going on.I do not recommend

Title: Perfect for what I needed
Review: This is a perfect little robot if you have a pet that is either getting into things or is being a nuisance to neighbors by barking all the time.I have a younger dog who is having issues with barking anytime someone come into our culedsac.The nice thing about this little guy is I can talk to my puppy when he is barking and try and calm him down.I do wish you didn’t need the cloud service to schedule recordings etc. It should be able to store the timings in the onboard memory, but you never know, maybe in the future.But navigating around the house when I cannot be there and checking in with my dog is a nice ability to have.The camera has a pretty good display and it seems to stay in focus and deals with low-light situations very well.
